At TIPS, professional learning is built into everyday practice. Our teachers bring over 10 years of teaching experience and complete 50 hours of professional training each year, supported through the TIPS Learning and Research Institute (TLRI).
As part of the wider ISP network, teams also benefit from global perspectives, shared best practice and continuous learning opportunities that help both teaching and non-teaching staff grow, lead and make a meaningful difference for students.
